29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: At 8324 Highway 72, Bunker, MO, specifically inside of the Little Saw Mill, the conveyor system belonging to the Edmiston's Hydraulic Edger Machine was inadequately guarded. The gap in between the energized roller and the horizontal surface was approximately 1 3/4" wide.

This violation was noted on 04/20/17.
