29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not establish written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment: On or about 04/14/2017, at the above referenced workplace, the employer did not establish and implement written procedures to inspect bolts securing the screen assembly cover on the Parker RSF refrigerant strainer; as a result, ammonia released from the corroded bolts on the Parker RSF refrigerant strainer.
