29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 04/20/2017 on the job site, employees were exposed to a 41 ft. fall hazard when walking/working on the 4.5/12 slope doing frame work; installing plywood panels and trusses, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized.
