29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours:  a)    Stokes Tree Solutions, Russell Road: On or about 04/14/2017, an employee suffered a severe laceration to the abdomen from a chain saw that resulted in a formal in-patient hospitalization admission to the hospital. The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization to the Occupational Safety & Health Administration until 04/19/2017.   No abatement certification or documentation required.
