Conspicuous and legible signs prohibiting smoking shall be posted within sight of the customer being served. The motors of all equipment being fueled shall be shut off during the fueling operation.  (A)  Smoking and/or open flames in the areas used for fueling, servicing fuel systems for internal combustion engines, receiving or dispensing of flammable liquids; and/or conspicuous and legible signs prohibiting smoking was not posted within sight of the customer being served; and/or the motors of all equipment being fueled were not shut off during the fueling operation as required.  Location: 947 Washington Street, South Attleboro, MA 02703  On or about April 20, 2017 employees were exposed to burns while smoking (providing a source of ignition) in a smoking restricted, automotive service area.
