29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    On or about April 21, 2017, employer failed to provide an eye wash station for emergency flushing of the eyes. Shop employees are exposed to corrosive liquids on a daily basis including, but not limited to, Spartan The Cleaner and Spartan The Cutter.

29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting:    On or about April 21, 2017, the employer did not implement an emergency action plan and a fire prevention plan in the event of a fire at the workplace. Employees have not received fire extinguisher training when extinguishers were available for use.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer may use signs, placards, process sheets, batch tickets, operating procedures, or other such written materials in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers, as long as the alternative method identifies the containers to which it is applicable and conveys the information required by paragraph (f)(5) of this section to be on a label. The written materials shall be readily accessible to the employees in their work area throughout each work shift:    On or about April 21, 2017, the employer did not ensure that containers containing chemicals such as, but not limited to, kerosene and grease were labeled with the identity of the chemical. Unlabeled containers were located in the shop area and the assembly area.
