29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:  On or about 4/20/17, in the conference room area, an electrical outlet box was not covered or closed.   PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.   The Internal Revenue Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 997279, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/01/2014, with respect to a workplace located at City View Plaza #48, Road 165, Guaynabo, PR 00968.
