29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: On April, 10, 2017, at worksite 730 State Highway 165, Branson, Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious electrical injuries, in that a 120 Volt electrical outlet located in the north corner of the laundry room was without cover or faceplate.
