29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 429 Fortune Dr. Fairhope, Alabama: On or about April 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to deck a high slope roof without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 13 feet to the ground below. b) At 429 Fortune Dr. Fairhope, Alabama: On or about April 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities while walking the tops of ceiling joists without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 11.4 feet to the concrete floor below.
