29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501   a.  On or about April 21, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a steep sloped roof (4:12 or greater), twenty-five (25) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  The S.S. Builders Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 986195, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 14, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 6115 Rob Roy Dr., Oak Forest, IL.  The S.S. Builders Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985676, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 16, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1222 Timber Place, New Lenox, IL.  The S.S. Builders Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 988626, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 16, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 15409 S. Ridgeland, Oak Forest, IL.
