This violation was noted on 04/27/17.

This violation was observed on 04/27/17.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1):  The employer did not establish a program consisting of energy control procedures, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performs any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury:  At 3500 Tree Court Industrial Blvd, Valley Park, MO, the employer did not develop a program in writing that described how energy control procedures were to be developed, lockout/tagout devices purchased, or how employee training and periodic inspections were to be performed.  This violation was noted on 04/27/17.
