OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a 20 feet fall to the ground while working from an elevated platform on a JLG aerial lift without fall protection: a) On or about 04/19/17, at the McCollum Farm, located on 7375 Slayton Settlement Road, in Gasport, New York, an employee working in the basket of a JLG aerial lift 20 feet above ground level was not provided with fall protection such as a harness with lanyard to "tie off" to the aerial lift basket. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
