29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: JOB SITE: 4205 N. St Peters Parkway, Saint Peters, MO 63304, on or about 4/25/2017, workers were observed on top of 4:12 pitch roof, approximately 13' 10" eave to ground level, actively installing new roofing material and were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
