29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   (a)  The company had not written a hazard communication program to describe the policy and procedures implemented for obtaining and maintaining safety data sheets, proper GHS labeling for containers or training of the employees regarding the hazards and protective actions for the chemicals used.  Chemicals used include but are not limited to iisopropanol, oxygen, composite filling material.
