29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch. Employees engaged in routine repair activities in the maintenance garage were exposed to caught in hazards in that the employer did not insure the adequate measured opening between the work rest and the grinder wheel was performed.
