Employees engaged in routine repair activities in the maintenance garage were exposed to caught in hazards in that the employer did not insure the adequate measured opening between the work rest and the grinder wheel was performed.

Employees engaged in ground spraying operations were exposed to possible inhalation hazards from not having a current hazard communication program in the workplace.
