In the manufacturing area of the facility, employees operating the Northern Bench grinder model and serial number not legible had with openings from top end of safety guard peripheral members to abrasive stones were greater than ¼ on both sides above the abrasive stones.    b.) In the manufacturing area of the facility, employees operated Clarke Metal Worker 8 Bench grinder s/n not legible, model # BT 1004A with openings from top end of safety guard peripheral members to abrasive stones were greater than ¼ on both sides above the abrasive stones.
