29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    On or about April 25, 2017, employees were exposed to unguarded ingoing nip points and rotating parts. The following stamping press lines were not adequately safeguarded.     a. Press line #1 - de-coiler and feeder sections for the 60 ton, Bliss stamping press line.   b. Press line #3 - de-coiler, feeder and straightener sections for the 66 ton, SEYI stamping press line.   c. Press line #4 - de-coiler, feeder and straightener sections for the 121 ton, SEYI stamping press line.   d. Press line #5 - de-coiler and feeder sections 135 ton for the Minster stamping press line.   e. Press line #6 - de-coiler, feeder and straightener sections for the 105 ton, Partsmaster stamping press line.   f. Press line #7 - de-coiler and feeder sections for the 70 ton, Bliss stamping press line.   g. Press line #8 - de-coiler and feeder sections for the 300 ton, Niagara stamping press line.   h. Press line #9 - de-coiler and feeder sections for the 300 ton, Niagara stamping press line.
