29 CFR 1926.303(d): All abrasive wheels and tools used by employees shall meet other applicable requirements of American National Standards Institute, B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care and Protection of Abrasive Wheels. a) Jobsite, 350 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222: On April 24, 2017, a 6 inch right-angled grinder being used with a cutting disk was not equipped with its auxiliary handle.
