29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:        a) At 1301 North Three Notch St, Troy, Alabama:  On or about April 26, 2017 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure his employees were using fall protection while performing roofing activities next to the edge of the roof exposing them to a fall hazard of 11.10 feet to the roof below.   b) At 1301 North Three Notch St, Troy, Alabama:  On or about April 26, 2017 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure his employees were using fall protection while performing roofing activities next to the edge of the roof exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 30 feet to the concrete pad below.
