29 CFR 1926.200(h)(1):  Accident prevention tags were not used as a temporary means of warning employees of an existing hazard, such as defective tools, equipment, etc.  a) TVA Gallatin - On or about 4/26/17, employees were exposed to hazards when a welding gauge was missing a cover and was not tagged out.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
