OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in  that employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard:   a) On or about 4/25/2017, in section 6 Block 32 of the orange grove located at 12010 Highway 70 Arcadia, FL, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard while carrying an 18.9 feet long metal ladder from one side of the orange grove row to the next. The ladder contacted a 13.2kV phase to ground overhead power line.
