29 CFR 1926.759(b): The controlling contractor failed to bar other construction processes below steel erection or did not provide overhead protection from falling objects for employees below. a. On or about April 19, 2017, at the front side of the building, a barricade or overhead protection was not provided where flying metal framing parts exposed subcontractor employees to struck-by hazards. Metal framing parts were thrown from the 4th floor of the building to the ground.
