29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 420 West Pine Street, Missoula MT: On April 24, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty five feet while installing asphalt shingles on a roof with a pitch of 8:12.
