Employees periodically entered the trailer to obtain tools and materials.    Abatement documentation is required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour:  In the job trailer at the Three Rivers College construction site, on April 25, 2017, an oxygen compressed gas cylinder was stored with an acetylene compressed gas cylinder and cans of gasoline.  Abatement documentation is required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift  (Note:  As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system.  The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable):    At the Three Rivers College construction site, on April 26, 2017, an employee was working from an aerial lift with no harness and lanyard.    Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
