29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) For employees working at 1615 Del Prado Blvd in Cape Coral, as observed on or about April 20, 2017. An employee installing window vinyl weather strip while on the entrance overhang without the use of a fall protection system in use. The employee was exposed to a fall height of approximately 9 feet.
