THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1056682, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT U.S. DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, GREAT BASIN NATIONAL PARK, LEHMAN CAVES VISITOR CENTER, 100 GREAT BASIN NATIONAL PARK, BAKER, NEVADA 89311.
