THE U. S. DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1056682, CITATION 02, ITEM NUMBER 003 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT U.
