29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by a standard guardrail system: Balcony, Building 242: Employees exposed to a fall of approximately eight feet two inches to the concrete floor below through a six feet ten inch opening on the balcony. The mid-rail for the opening is missing.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location: (a) Engine Bay, Building 242 (Washer/Dryer): Employees were exposed to electric shock/fire hazards due to electrical outlet that was not protected by GFCI that was being with Roper by Whirlpool Washer/Dryer. (b) Engine Bay, Building 242 (Sink): Employees were exposed to electric shock/fire hazards due to electrical outlet that was not protected by GFCI that was being used when floor is wet. THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1086115, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 006 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 10, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT U.S. DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, 1 BLACK CANYON ROAD, ESSEX, CALIFORNIA 92332
