The employer failed to ensure that pulleys were adequately guarded on the Twist Air Compressor in the Slate Building while it was running. Abatement certification is required for this violation. This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 400 Scott Street, Beatrice, Nebraska, 68310 on April 27, 2017. The flexible cord was attached to a metal conduit in the Oil Pump Area by the exit door. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.
