29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about April 27, 2017, at the first level rooftop, employee conducting framing operations on a 3:12 pitch roof was exposed to a 9 feet fall hazard to ground level without the use of personal fall arrest system, safety net system or guardrail system. b. On or about April 27, 2017, at the first level rooftop, employee conducting framing operations on a 3:12 pitch roof was exposed to a 8 feet fall hazard to ground level without the use of personal fall arrest system, safety net system or guardrail system. c. On or about April 27, 2017, at the second level rooftop, employee performing roof sheathing on a 6:12 pitch roof was exposed to over 6 feet and higher fall hazard to lower level without the use of personal fall arrest system, safety net system or guardrail system. d. On or about April 27, 2017, at the second level rooftop, employee performing roof sheathing on a 6:12 pitch roof was exposed to a 10 feet fall hazard to ground level without the use of personal fall arrest system, safety net system or guardrail system. e. On or about April 27, 2017, at the second level rooftop, employee performing roof sheathing on a 7:12 pitch roof was exposed to a 20 feet 4 inches fall hazard to ground level without the use of personal fall arrest system, safety net system or guardrail system. f.
