29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926: During the time period between December 1, 2016 and April 26, 2017, the guardrail system installed to protect the sides and edges of the stairway balcony did not meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926 in that the top rail was not 39 inches (plus or minus 3 inches) above the landing surface.
