29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:  a). On or about , in the Boiler Plant, for a mason working with loud machinery such as demo saws, jack hammers, and tile saws, the employer did not provide an audiogram. All masons are implemented in the hearing protection program based on a noise survey conducted by the IH. All employees received their audiograms except for one employee. Employees in the mason shop are exposed to noise levels as high as 104dBA (based on IH survey).
