29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) Employees working in the office building shop, working with Superco Specialty Products, DAZZLE 50:1 concentrate, were exposed to chemical burns in that the required safety data sheet was not maintained and accessible at the workplace.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Employees working in the office building shop, using and diluting concentrated chemicals, were exposed to chemical burns and damage to the eyes in that the eye wash station was not maintained in an operational condition and was not available for immediate emergency use. The Department of Interior, National Park Service, Sequoia National Park was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 913241, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on November 12, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Wolverton Water Treatment, Sequoia National Park, California 93262.
