29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece:  Employees working in the maintenance building were using N95 voluntary use respirators and were exposed to respiratory hazards in that the respirators were not stored to prevent contamination and deformation.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)  Employees working in or accessing the restroom, where Muriatic Acid was being stored, were exposed to chemical burns in that the required safety data sheet was not maintained and accessible at the workplace.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  Employees working outside and near the flammable liquids storage were exposed to struckby, fire, and explosion hazards in that:  a) A propane cylinder was not secured to prevent falling or being knocked over. b) The name of the gas to be stored was not prominently posted in the cylinder storage area.  The Department of Interior, National Park Service, Grand Canyon Facility Management Division was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994371, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at building 1575, Shuttle Bus Road, Grand Canyon, Arizona 86023.
