29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. Employees working with ammunition, and various other chemicals, in the fire station bay were exposed to health effects related to lead, and various other chemicals, in that the required list of hazardous chemicals known to be present at the workplace was not compiled and available. The U.S. National Park Service, Mojave National Preserve was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1085942, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/30/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Black Canyon Road, Barstow, CA 92332.
