29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch:  a)Work shop area: The work rest on the Baldor Pedestal Grinder Buffer was approximately 1 inch from the abrasive wheel, on or about 4/11/17.  b)Work shop area: The work rests on the DELTA Grinding Machine were measured at approximately 3/4 of an inch from the left abrasive wheel and 1/2 an inch from the right abrasive wheel, on or about 4/11/2017.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMITABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. (formerly Fun Attractions USA Corp.) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1159558, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/6/17, with respect to a workplace located at 501 Prospect St Unit 109D Lakewood, NJ 09701.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
