29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: On or about April 26, 2017, an employee wore a tight-fitting respirator equipped with particulate cartridges when wet and dry cutting brick and the employer did not prohibit employees with facial hair that interfered with the seal of the respirator from using a tight fitting respirator. GARNEAU CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1175726, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1D, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 5, 2016 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 208 E. GRIDLEY RD. GRIDLEY, IL 61744.

Pass/Fail test results for Qualitative Testing, or the Fit Factor and Strip Chart Recording (or other recording) of the test results for Quantitative Testing.
