29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) On or about April 27, 2017 he junction boxes were not used in accordance to its listing and labeling, in that they not secured to the structure of the building. Knockouts were subject to depression exposing the user to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet:  a) On or about April 27, 2017 and at times prior, employees were required to use hazardous chemicals in the workplace. The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazard chemicals including, but not limited to:  1. Super Rubber Rejuvenator - contains trimethylbenzene and cumene. 2. Rycoline Solvent - contains acetone, toluene, and methyl alcohol.
