29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): Employee(s) stood under or passed under the elevated portion of a powered industrial truck(s): (a) Facility, 360 14th Street, Ambridge, PA: On or about April 24, 2017 an employee passed under an elevated load on the forklift when the sling holding the load in place slipped causing the load to fall. The employee was struck by the load and sustained broken ribs and a punctured lung.
