29 CFR 1926.501(b)(9)(i): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying and related work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a controlled access zone. Location: 369 Central Street, Foxboro, MA 02035 On or about April 28, 2017 employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 32 feet to the ground below, where fall protection was not used.
