OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards: a) Cone Lines 5 & 6; On or about April 25, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees working on the cone line were exposed to caught-in hazards in that the employer failed to provide a convenient means for stopping the line at each operator's station. b) Cone Lines 7 & 8; On or about April 25, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees working on the cone line were exposed to caught-in hazards in that the employer failed to provide a convenient means for stopping the line at each operator's station.
