29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about March 30, 2017, two employees performing residential roofing were not provided with any type of fall protection system.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.    On or about March30, 2017, employees not trained in fall protection by their employer were observed performing roofing activities at the edge of a residential roof without any type of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet.
