29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: a) Jobsite, 601 Parkford Road, South Park, PA 15129: Observed on or about February 17, 2017, employees working from the roof of two story building (building #4) were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 21 feet to the ground below. a) Jobsite, 601 Parkford Road, South Park, PA 15129: Observed on or about February 17, 2017, employees working from the roof of two story building (building #5) were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 21 feet to the ground below.
