29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures: JOB SITE: 508 Tweed Drive, Saint Louis, MO 63125, on or about 5/2/2017, workers were observed on top of a 4:12 pitch roof, approximately 12' 3" eave to ground level, actively installing new roofing shingles and instructing new sheathing, and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
