The charging cables on a Forklift battery charger Hobart /Accu-Charger Model #ES3-18-680, Serial #186CS23202 and a Precision battery charger Model # 1PF12B-750EMS, Serial #51989, had damaged cords with exposed copper conduit, observed on or about 03/08/2016.
