The employer has not conducted adequate Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to allowing employees to work on the job site.  This was most recently documented at 815 2nd Street, Kearney, Nebraska on or about April 22nd, 2017 when the employer had an employee cleaning the wheels of a table in the kitchen with inadequate gloves to protect them from splashes.  The JSAs the company has completed did not address the chance of splashing during the process.
