29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: On or about May 02, 2017, Building #500, all places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed. A dead bird's carcass was discovered and removed from the second floor's air conditioning ductwork; however a foul odor remained because the area was not cleaned and/or disinfected. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.
