29 CFR 1910.28(b)(12)(i): Scaffolds and rope descent systems. The employer must ensure: (i) Each employee on a scaffold is protected from falling in accordance 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L: a. Site - On or about April 28, 2017, employees engaged in pressure washing activities while working from a ladder jack scaffolding system were not wearing fall protection and exposed to falls of over 14 feet.
