Employees were exposed to falling approximately 20 ft. while performing decking operations less than 6 ft. from an unguarded edge.      Construction by Torres, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(15), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 958218, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/13/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2300 46th Ave. SE, Mandan, ND 58554.    Construction by Torres, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1120338, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/10/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 6638 Nome St., Centennial, CO 80111.
