29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: (a) WAREHOUSE AREA - The employer failed to ensure that the exit access route(s) from the warehouse area were maintained at least 28 inches when the exit routes were partially blocked at three different points (13, 18, and 24 inches) along the access routes, thereby exposing the employees to fire hazards, on or about May 2, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
